Guest Code of Conduct
Behaviour
In consideration of everyone staying at the Lodge we ask guests to keep noise to an appropriate level with extra consideration given to this if returning late to the Lodge after an evening's activity.

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay at the Bush Capital Lodge we do ask guests to display courteous and appropriate behaviour whilst staying with us. Unruly behaviour interferes with everyone's enjoyment of the Lodge and will not be tolerated.

Smoke Free Environment
The Bush Capital Lodge is a smoke free building. If you are a smoker we do request that you smoke outside and well away from entry doors and windows. Please dispose of your butts in bins provided.

Dormitories
We request that these are left neat and tidy and that doorways are not blocked by bags or other items that may interfere with exiting in the event of an emergency.

Food, lollies and drinks are not to be taken into or consumed in dormitories.

Out of Bounds
We ask that you respect the privacy of other guests by remaining within the areas designated to your group.

To ensure the safety of our guests and the privacy of our staff the following areas are out of bounds to guests;
- Office/ Staff section of Reception area
- Kitchen and associated cool rooms and pantries
- Storage rooms
- Staff accommodation and yard area

Care of the Bush Capital Lodge Environment
Our bushland environment of is one of the attractions for our guests. Please respect the natural environment and animals around you by following a few simple guidelines.
- place all rubbish in appropriate recycle or rubbish bins
- do not feed or try to approach any of the native wildlife around the lodge
- follow paths and do not cut across garden beds

Drugs/ Alcohol and Flammable
Under no circumstances are any non prescribed drugs, fireworks, explosives or other flammable liquids/products to be brought onto the property.

Property Damage and Loss
Bush Capital Lodge property or equipment damaged, lost or broken must be reported to Lodge staff immediately. Any deliberate or willful damage will be charged on invoice to the group's final account.

Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and signs are here for your protection so please do not interfere with this equipment. In the event of any deliberate interference with these items any charges incurred for the call out of the fire brigade will be invoiced to the group's final account. Bush Capital Lodge accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property. We do encourage guests to leave valuable items at home.

Terminating the Occupancy
The Bush Capital Lodge reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of any group without notice for breach of the "Bush Capital Lodges Expectations of Guests". The Lodge Manager/Staff are empowered to take action as may be deemed necessary for the proper conduct of the facility and well being of all those who choose to stay with us.
