Facilities
Bush Capital Lodge consists of two separate buildings with the main building, Banksia Lodge, housing our reception, kitchen and dining room areas plus community lounge space with a slow combustion fireplace and three split levels of accommodation for up to 124, in 6 bunk bed dorm style rooms for students and twin share bunk style ensuite or private facility rooms for teachers and supervisors.

The newly renovated, Wattle Lodge, can accommodate up to 64 people in 10 and 12 bed bunk style dorm rooms for students and 2 x four share ensuite rooms for supervisors, and has its own communal lounge space

Both buildings are equipped with climate control and heating, tea and coffee making continuous supply brew points, accessible microwaves, key coded lock access for external doors and are fully equipped with state of the art smoke and particle detectors and back to base fire alarm monitoring systems. Please note if the fire brigade attends the lodge for a false alarm, the charges will be forwarded to the group organiser.

Dormitory Rooms
Dormitory rooms are provided with all bed linen and towels and have conveniently located share bathrooms.
Trundle beds can be moved into rooms to suit your group's configuration if required.

Supervisor Rooms
Supervisor rooms are primarily twin share en suite rooms and are provided with all bed linen and towels. Supervisors rooms include fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, in Banksia Lodge

Coach Driver Rooms
There are four private single rooms designated for coach drivers only and these are provided with all bed linen and towels. Coach Driver rooms include fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, vanity basin, and two way bathrooms.

Outdoor Recreation Space
An outdoor grassed area behind Wattle Lodge is available for your group to enjoy the fresh air, play group games or just relax in the bushland surroundings at the covered picnic table area. The facility also backs onto O'Connor Ridge Nature Reserve which has a combination of bike paths and walking tracks which can be easily accessed from the Lodge.

Disability Access
Disability access is available to the dining room and common areas of both buildings by way of an incline ramp however, disabled bathroom facilities are available on the ground floor only of the Banksia Lodge, and from the lounge area for groups staying in Wattle Lodge.

Security and Safety
Your security and safety is of our utmost concern, to ensure your security and safety we have a duty manager on call 24hrs a day. The entry doors to Banksia and Wattle Lodges are both fitted with a key pad code lock for any entry outside of reception hours.
Our Emergency Procedures are on display throughout the facility. One of our staff will talk your group through our emergency procedures on arrival however, please also familiarise yourself with exits and emergency procedures, located behind all accommodation room doors.

We do ask that for the comfort and security of all our guests that group supervisors ensure that their group is aware of and adheres to our Guest Code of Conduct and General Terms of Use during their stay with us.

Laundry and Ironing
Laundry and ironing facilities are available if required, on Ground Floor of Banksia Lodge

Hair Dryers
A limited number of Hair dryers are available from the reception.
